「Twitter users once again proved that they have nothing better to do with their time as a mob of people were offended by a new advertisement provided by Burger King, which depicted evil white people attempting to eat a new Vietnamese-style burger with chopsticks.

Posted on Burger King’s official Instagram account courtesy of its New Zealand branch, the ad had various Westerners trying to eat a new Vietnamese-style burger with oversized chopsticks, which many claimed to be “racist”:

A tweet (which supposedly garnered over 2.9 million views) criticizing the ad (which the user then deleted after it generated their desired mob mentality):」

More SJWs with a lot of time on their hands are making a non-issue a fake issue. These types of people have no sense of humor whatsoever. They also can't handle satire.

「The furious comments spread across Burger King’s social media accounts as well, with many demanding that Burger King leave Vietnam (as evidenced by the hashtag “#BurgerKingGetOutOfVietnam”)

Burger King eventually submitted to the backlash and kowtowed to the diversity narrative, stating “The ad in question is insensitive and does not reflect our brand values regarding diversity and inclusion. We have asked our franchisee in New Zealand to remove the ad immediately.”」

And the fucking big corporations actually cave in to the loud insane minorities. Decades ago everyone would have probably laughed this off and now everyone has to suffer under the weight of the easily offended. Seriously fuck off.

「The controversy surrounding the ad apparently reached Chinese social media as well, with there being people offended by the ad while others claimed that those offended are merely oversensitive.」

Well said sane people telling off insensitive snowflakes :nicodab:
